THE STRATEGY
In the beginning, our strategy was all about efficiency: launch fast, look credible, and prioritize the marketing actions with the biggest upside. As LPC grew, we shifted the strategy to reflect their new position in the market—more strategic, more scalable, and more selective. We upgraded the brand system, built a modern website to support multi-state operations, refreshed the firm’s visuals, and launched campaigns that spoke to bigger clients and elite talent.
WEBSITE
We built LPC’s first website to deliver quick credibility and clear positioning. As the firm grew, we rebuilt it from the ground up with a premium design system that would set them apart in a crowded legal market. The new site needed to project scale, power, and reputation—positioning LPC as one of the top firms in its category, not just another local player.
To support their growing business needs, we integrated a custom lead generation engine that funneled inquiries directly into their CRM. Every lead was tagged with source and attribution data, enabling smarter digital ad optimization across Google, Meta, Yelp, and other platforms.
We also built a state-of-the-art careers section, allowing candidates to filter roles by state and apply directly on-site—eliminating the need for third-party job boards and streamlining the hiring funnel.
PHOTOSHOOT
To support LPC’s evolution into a premium, multi-state firm, the new brand visuals needed to reflect luxury, scale, and confidence. We elevated the firm’s image with a modern, high-end photoshoot that projected both professionalism and approachability—positioning LPC alongside top-tier competitors in the legal space.
As a remote team, we worked closely with LPC to plan the shoot around a scheduled firm event, making smart use of their time and avoiding unnecessary disruption to their practice. We brought in both a photographer and videographer to capture a full suite of visual content in one session—maximizing output while minimizing the time commitment from attorneys and staff.
SOCIAL ADS
We didn’t just throw ad dollars at the wall—we built a foundation first. Before launching any campaigns, we established a credible, professional social presence on Facebook and Instagram. This gave potential clients something to trust when they clicked—and set the stage for stronger conversions from day one.
We kicked things off with a lean, test-heavy approach. Every dollar worked hard. We ran A/B tests across audience types, creative formats, and landing page variations to find what really moved the needle. Social campaigns also pulled double duty—retargeting traffic from Google Search and bringing warm leads back into the funnel. With Meta and Google feeding each other, both channels became more efficient.
Once we found the winning formula, we scaled smart—dialing up spend gradually and expanding into new markets without losing control of cost or quality.
