Most growth agencies charge by a percentage of your ad spend. They are financially motivated to increase your ad spend. We designed our flex model to focus on your results, not your ad spend. We recommend a marketing strategy plan with most of our new clients so you can execute the plan with us, in-house, or with other agencies.
We recommend that small to medium sized businesses spend 10-15% of total monthly revenue on marketing. If you are in a competitive industry or looking to outgrow your size, your marketing budget needs to be on the higher end. If you are looking to remain status quo, your spend can be on the lower end. If you have a product/service challenge, we don’t recommend you spend anything on marketing until that’s solved.
