THE STRATEGY
As marketing footprint expanded, coordination became just as critical as creativity. We implemented a centralized monthly workflow system that allowed 30–40 initiatives to run in parallel—without losing clarity or control. Strategy, execution, approvals, timelines, and time tracking lived in one shared environment, supported by a centralized knowledge base that housed briefs, assets, and decisions. The result: faster execution, fewer bottlenecks, and complete alignment across teams.
Demand Generation Campaign
We designed demand generation as a multi-touch system mapped directly to the customer journey—not a collection of disconnected campaigns. Email drips, landing pages, sales collateral, and social touchpoints were automated and sequenced based on intent, industry, and stage, ensuring prospects received highly relevant messages at the right time. By handling nurture and qualification upstream, the system surfaced better-informed, higher-intent leads—freeing the sales team to focus on targeted conversations and closing, not manual follow-up.
WEBSITE
We transformed Lynkwell’s website into a scalable hub that expanded the brand’s visual system while making complex EV charging concepts easy to navigate. The experience was intentionally structured to support every level of familiarity—from first-time learners to technical decision-makers—using clear hierarchy, modular layouts, and a consistent visual language that educated without overwhelming and supported sales at every step.
Whitepapers
We developed whitepapers for high-potential but undereducated industries like retail and hospitality—where interest in EV charging was growing faster than understanding. Each piece combined original research, industry-specific data, and reputable third-party sources to turn complexity into confidence, helping decision-makers move from curiosity to conviction.
Sales Enablement
Long sales cycles die in the “waiting period.” We developed a suite of collateral mapped specifically to the B2B funnel—from early-stage brochures to deep-dive onboarding decks. We gave the sales team the right tools to handle objections, protect margins, and shorten the distance to a “yes.”
Photoshoot & Video Shoot
In an industry dominated by polished stock imagery, trust had to be earned visually. We approached Lynkwell’s multi-day production as a system—not a shoot—planning every location, scenario, and shot around real installations, real teams, and real-world use. From manufacturing floors to live deployment sites, each asset was designed for reuse across marketing, sales, PR, and events—replacing generic visuals with credibility.
Product Education
We built explainer videos to eliminate friction across the Lynkwell experience—guiding users through real actions like starting a charge, managing payments, adjusting rates, and troubleshooting issues before confusion set in. At the same time, these videos doubled as proof for prospective customers, offering a clear, hands-on look at how intuitive Lynkwell’s platform and deployment process really are. The result was a reusable video system that reduced support burden, improved adoption, and gave buyers confidence in what it’s actually like to work with Lynkwell.
LinkedIn Presence
Social wasn’t treated as a one-off execution. We created branded Canva templates that empowered Lynkwell’s internal team to repurpose content quickly while staying on-brand. Social assets were designed to support broader campaigns—webinars, events, whitepapers, and launches—so every post reinforced a larger narrative instead of standing alone.
